How To Get Chaperone Exotic Shotgun | Destiny: Taken King

The Chaperone is an exotic shotgun in Destiny: The Taken King. Before you can begin this quest, you’ll have to finish the main story in The Taken King and have a Crucible rank of at least 3. When you do, go talk to Amanda Holliday to start. Here’s what you’ll need to do.

1. Get kills in the Crucible while having The Last Word equipped. You don’t have to actually use it, just have it in your loadout. Kills get you points, headshots and killstreaks get you more points. You lose them by dying. Your best bet would probably be to play matches where there’s an objective beside killing people and stick to heavy/sniper. After you’re done, talk to Amanda again.
2. Purchase a Generous Donation from the Cryptarch Master Rahool in the Tower Plaza. It will cost you 15,000 glimmer. Talk to Amanda again.
3. Kill Crucible players and high-level minions of Darkness with a shotgun. You won’t lose points if you die in the Crucible. The Tortured Knights from the 240 Light Daily Heroic mission are a good source of points for this task. Once this is done, it’s back to Amanda.
4. Defeat the Shield Brothers on the Dreadnaught using a shotgun. You don’t have to use the shotgun exclusively, but the kill shots should be with it. Again, talk to Amanda.
5. Wait for the Weekly Reset.
